Missing: Surat Singh Manhas

Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP) has received information that a man, Surat Singh Manhas s/o Mohar Singh, belonging to village Kukadthan, district Jammu, inadvertently crossed the border into Pakistan in 1987. His family believes that he was arrested by the Pakistan Rangers near the Indo-Pak border. They believe him to be in a jail in Lahore. As of now, he is approximately 41-43 years old.
