Invitation to a seminar on the Judiciary and People’s Political Rights

Dear Reader,

The recent judicial decisions in cases of a political nature, especially the Supreme Court order of February 21, 2018, have raised serious questions about the status of the people’s right to form associations / parties and the degree of freedom they should have.

HRCP is organizing a seminar as it follows:

Topic:              The Judiciary and the People’s Political Rights

Time:               2 pm to 5 pm

Venue:             HRCP’s Dorab Patel Auditorium

                        107 Tipu Block, New Garden Town, Lahore

The objective is to understand what the status of people’s rights is the light of expositions by jurists and academics.
